Dr. Louis Fouché is anesthesiologist at Conception Hospital (Marseille) and co-founder and speaker of https://reinfocovid.fr/ (a French group of nurses, doctors and university scientists, united around an idea: the need for a fair and appropriate health policy for France). Dr. Fouché is also interested in NVC, non violent communication, permaculture and was part of the movement Les Colibris. He wrote this letter together with his wife and now gives voice to those, who think differently about this crisis; it is adressed to those who have brought this situation upon us.
