Full Chest Workout Description | This exercise utilizes 7 of my number one chest practices that you can do with no gear, from the accommodation of your own home to focus on your upper chest right down to your lower chest.

chest practice 1/7 - 1 Pushup superset until disappointment (normal and knees on ground one after the other)

chest practice 2/7 - book crush press for 2 sets. Focus on 45 seconds time under pressure.

chest practice 3/7 - decrease pushups for AMRAP for 2-3 sets. rest times under 60 seconds.

chest practice 4/7 - slant slo mo pushups for AMRAP for 2-3 sets. rest times under 60 seconds.

chest practice 5/7 - pressure pushups for AMRAP for 2-3 sets. rest times under 60 seconds.

chest practice 6/7 - Sliding chest fly for AMRAP for 2 sets. rest times under 60 seconds

chest practice 7/7 - upper chest Isometric hold followed by lower chest isometric hold. (one after the other)
