Being a mom, I thought it would be lovely to create a Pick-A-Card series, specifically for moms. I hope you will join me each week for some simple guidance.

Remember to celebrate yourself, be kind to yourself, and most importantly take care of yourself! How can we care for and nurture others if we don't first do the same for ourselves?

I APOLOGIZE| My Lady Tallulah (Pitbull) can be heard snoring in one of the videos. I have learned to drown her out, and didn't realize she was snoring, so I apologize. It is a soft snoring, and doesn't last the whole video.
