Where are America's Unions?

In this episode, Dr. Veltmeyer addresses the issue of America's labor unions abandoning America's working class in favor of an unholy alliance with the Democrat Party. Unlike labor leaders of the past -- like George Meany -- who stood for traditional American values and fought cheap labor and unfair trade deals, today's union bosses are hooked at the hip to the Democrat Party and the Washington power elite, refusing to lift a finger as mass illegal immigration stole the jobs of blue-collar Americans. They have been AWOL as unfair trade agreements shuttered 60,000 factories and wiped out 3.4 million manufacturing jobs between 2001 and 2017. America's workers need new unions and new leaders who will actually fight for their interests.
