Caramel Mocha Trimmy Oatmeal!

I was pretty thrilled with this...my coffee AND breakfast in one bowl?

1 cup coffee (strong)
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cups old fashioned oats
2 tbs steel cut oats
1 tbsp whey
1 tsp MCT
2 pinches of salt
1 tbs cocoa
2 doonks Stevia (or 2 tbs gentle sweet)
1 tsp vanilla (I used Mexican)
Capful caramel extract(1/2 tsp)

Whiz up the MCT, whey and coffee together. Add old fashioned oats, steel cut oats, almond milk, coffee/ MCT/whey mix and salt to pan. Cook on medium for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well and shovel it in.
