Showers and thunderstorms increase in coverage tonight into Monday with some much needed rain as we are under some drought conditions. Temperatures will fall into the upper 40s and lower 50s. There will be additional showers and thunderstorms on Monday with highs in the 50s with northeast winds at 5-10 mph. Mostly cloudy skies will be around Tuesday with highs in the mid 50s. Upper 50s are back Wednesday with mostly sunny skies. The outlooks for the beginning of May is calling for cooler than normal temperatures. While we started off May feeling like the middle of summer, it will be cooler for the foreseeable future.
