Bob begins by reading from scripture in Ephesians 1:15-23 and then opens in prayer before beginning his message.

15 Therefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints, 16 do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers: 17 that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, 18 the eyes of your [a]understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, 19 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality[b] and [c]power and [d]might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.

22 And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, 23 which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.

00:03:00 Bob talks about what he found encouraging in this message: God considers us "Saints"

The Holy Spirit has been given to us by God, we got into the boat of the Kingdom of God by simply hearing the Word and believing the message. That's all that's required. When a person hears the Word, the gospel of salvation that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose 3 days later in the power of the Spirit - that simple message, if a person is willing to receive that and repent of their sins and make Him the Lord of their life, That person IS Saved!

What that means is that they are IN Christ! So being in Christ is a very simple matter, it's a life changing experience, but it's a very simple matter. Simply hearing the Bible, the gospel, believing in the message, and then responding to it.

04:42:00 God has a special place in his heart for believers.

When we read this particular part of scripture, we are reading the heart of the bridegroom (God) for the bride (church)
