This 4 7/8x47 stick features a box pressed firmly packed slightly oily satin wrapper with a dark brown hue, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and pungent dry hay aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with rich medium-full bodied smoke showing a gritty textured dry roasted nut with a touch of salt and light earth on a long tingly finish. The first third burns perfectly moving flavors to a predominate dry nuttiness with a touch of sweetness and a light coffee just on the draw, followed by a growing black pepper and the same texture through the long finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes dropping most of the roasted nut shifting to a slight coffee and big earthiness that lingers on the finish with the dab of pepper. Construction is flawless. Ending at 50 minutes to the hot nub, flavors change yet again to a light earth and big vanilla cream on the draw with a growing pepper joining in the long finish. No strength and near full body all the way down.
