Bourbon Coke Steaks

Ingredients:

- 2 NY Strip Steaks
- 1 cup Coke
- 1/2 cup bourbon (about 2 miniatures)
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper

Directions:

Combine the Coke, bourbon, Sriracha, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper together. Place the steaks in a ziptop bag or bowl and pour marinade over top. Leave the steaks to marinade in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. When you're ready to cook the steaks, prepare grill and cook steaks 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.

Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 24 ounces Dutch yellow baby potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray

In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes; drain well
