For a best of both worlds kind of dinner, Sloppy Joe Pot Pie will satisfy any cravings for comfort food. This recipe is great when you want to feed a bunch of people in a short amount of time. All it takes is a flavorful sloppy joe mixture (packed with tons of veggies for the health factor!) and some prepared biscuit dough. Give this a bake (and don't forget the cheese!) and serve this up in bowls. Each serving will have its own fluffy biscuit that you can use to dunk and sop up every last bite.

Ingredients:

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 cups sweet corn
- 2 15-ounce cans sloppy joe sauce
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated biscuits (8-10 biscuits)
- 2 green onions

Directions:

Crumble beef in large skillet. Dice the peppers and onions and add to the skillet with the beef. Cook until beef is cooked through, stirring often. Drain fat. Add the corn and sloppy joe sauce to the pan. Stir well to combine. Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking dish and topped with grated cheddar. Place biscuits on top of cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 18 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and golden brown. Dice the green onions and sprinkle over the top. Serve immediately.
