Mysterious UFOs in the ocean

From thousands of years ago until today, March 20, 2021, there has been the theory that UFOs have always been stationed in the depths of the oceans and underground maritime cities to hide from humans.According to a strong theory, extraterrestrials are the best place to live on planet Earth to survive and reproduce because deep sea conditions are like space.I was reading a book called The Memoirs of Captain Memo, who always said that he saw large scary objects moving on the ocean floor and also flying from the sea to the sky.
