Chinstrap Penguin

Comical chinstrap penguins are sometimes referred to as bobbies because their markings look similar to those of British cops wearing their custodian helmets with straps.I think of chinstraps penguins as Charlie Chaplin characters. Waddle, waddle, hop. Make me smile.
