This 7x50 soft box pressed stick features a dark chocolate buttery soft velvet oily wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double cap and faint milk chocolate aroma. First light reveals a slightly loose draw with plentiful thick medium bodied smoke with a creamy texture and notes of a dry wood with a long finish. The first third drops the tinge of bitterness right away adding a mild cocoa to the dominant woody notes that are now medium-full. Burn is very fast with a little wave but no issues. The 1/2 way point comes at just 25 minutes with flavors changing slightly again. The woodiness gets deeper and smoother with the cocoa being more prominent taking a dry dusty note. The burn evened out although it's still fairly fast and a touch of strength is building. Ending at 1 hour the last third went completely warm and mushy at the band, washing out flavors completely with a couple inches left and refusing to burn.
