Critical Race Theory: why you should be concerned. Critical Race Theory (CRT) is not diversity training, but some diversity trainings are now using CRT to see the world first and foremost by race. So I wanted to make a video covering Critical Race Theory explained, and what to know about Critical Race Theory. When it comes down to words and their definitions, I have heard many people use words associated with Critical Race Theory, such as systemic racism, anti-racism, or white fragility. I think there are many issues in this world, including racism, and I think there is much that can and should be done to help our brothers and sisters. I don’t think that Critical Race Theory or any of the related concepts discussed here are the answer to ending racism, in fact I think most of them sound nice but actively make the problem worse.
