In olden days,traditional rice cooking removes the waxy starchy part of rice,In modern cooking Due to pressure cooker and electric cooker we are eating starchy part with rice which is causing indigestion problems, In above hybrid method rice will come like flower or cake without overlapping and bottom sticking.If you have organic rice you can even enjoy soups with starch or else you can use rice wax soups for cloths or plants.
