How To Make American Omelette/Breakfast/Home Breakfast/美國歐姆蛋 /美式早餐

Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp heavy cream
½ tsp parsley

¼ c diced green pepper
¼ c diced red pepper
¼ c diced onion
½ c diced ham
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
1/3c shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Dice all of the vegetables and set them aside.
2. Dice the ham and set it aside.
3 Add butter to a pan on medium heat.
4. Stir fry the vegetables. Add salt and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables start turning brown. Set aside.
5. Add salt and heavy cream to the eggs and whisk.
6. Add butter to a pan on medium-low heat.
7. Add the egg mixture to the pan and wait for 30 seconds. Use the spatula to push them from the edges to the center. Avoid cooking the eggs too long.
8. When the egg mixture turns moist and damp, turn off the heat. Add the toppings on half of the omelet. Add cheese on the other side of the omelet. Cover the lid and let it melt for a minute or two.
9. Fold the egg in half gently. Sprinkle some parsley on the egg.

6.中低火將奶油加到鍋中。
