Hey, I'm starting something new here! I have wanted for a long time to cover some hymns and worship tunes (and maybe a few others, who knows?) and start adding them to my YouTube channel. I’m hoping this will be a weekly thing. But I’ll try to post as often as the inspiration hits and time allows.

First off, I am leading with a favorite hymn. Probably in my top 10 favorites, if not in my top 5. Come Thou Fount Of Every Blessing is beautifully written and a sincere cry of a worshipper’s heart. “Prone to wander Lord I feel it, prone to leave the God I love,” has always been a line that has hit me. The tension that exists between walking with Christ and knowing what I’ve been saved from and never wanting to go back…that is strong. And as we offer our hearts “here’s my heart Lord, take and seal it, seal it for Thy courts above,” there’s an understanding that He keeps us from wandering. The Lord keeps us in His care and watches over us.
