Shutting Down the Biden Admin’s Unconstitutional Tax Law

The ACLJ is fighting back against the radical Left's plan to prohibit states from cutting state taxes anytime between now and 2024. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer tried to sneak the unconstitutional provision into a sixth stimulus bill.
