US President Joe Biden finally delivered his first speech to a joint session of Congress. There can be no doubt Biden is thinking big – on the scale of FDR and LBJ. Some have said he showed his “inner Robin Hood.” But with the country so divided and slim majorities in Congress, it remains unclear whether we will look back at this time as the Biden Era.
