Mysterious Being Saves School Boy From Road Accident.

This incident happened in Ukraine, where this schoolboy was coming back from school, looking to cross the street. He is not really sure where to cross from and isn't really careful also. You realize he didn't check the right side before crossing the road. He ran right behind the blue car so the white Sedan couldn't brake in time and the worst thing happened. Luckily enough, the boy got up quickly as if nothing happened! The driver who hits him and others were checking if he's ok! The whole street and traffic stop to check the little boy which is really nice. What would you do in this situation? How would you react?
Luckily enough, the little boy did not sustain any injuries!
