My stomach has been wonky. Not feeling my best right now.
Sooooo, time to make up a smoothie!
1/2 banana (I used frozen)
3 frozen slices of peaches
1 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger ( use 1 tsp if using ground )
1 tsp ground Turmeric
3-4 tsp super sweet or Pyure
1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin (optional)
1 scoop plain whey protein
1 1/4 cups almond milk
12 ice cubes
Blend until smooth. Drink and feel better.
