Remember you "have a medical mask exemption."
You "have a medical condition which requires breathing unrestricted oxygen" (AKA 'being human').
It is illegal for them to ask what your medical condition is; it is illegal for them to deny you service for not wearing a mask once you inform them of your medical exemption. You will likely have to tell them "it's illegal to ask me that" and "it's illegal to refuse me service."
Also, be prepared to "self-checkout" (if available) or just leave excess money on the counter for your items and walk out with your goods (if they refuse to serve you). Recording everything is always ideal.
