Marine Biologist Found Guilty of Smuggling for Chinese Military

A Chinese businessman and marine biologist pleaded guilty to intellectual property theft during a trial in Boston on April 28.

He was charged with smuggling underwater technology out of the United States to help China's military develop submarine drones.
