Psaki: Giuliani Raid Was Independent Action Of White House

PSAKI: “Well, first, I can assure you that what is new or may feel different in this administration is that the Justice Department is independent. The President made that clear when he announced the nomination of Merrick Garland, and the attorney general made clear in his hearing that he would not have taken the job unless he could operate in an independent manner.
