The Democrats and Left Fear a Majority of SCOTUS Will Side With 18yr Old Brandi Levy and Free Speech

The Democrats and Left are all about control, especially when it comes to the next generation questioning what the propagandists are indoctrinating them into in our public schools. Anything that is a threat to this, they will do everything possible to stop. Which is why they are freaking out that the US Supreme Court is hearing the case of an 18 year-old girl who was removed from being a cheerleader after she vented on Tik Tok about not making varsity using spicy language.

The reason why this girl and her case being heard by SCOTUS scares them is because it will limit schools reach in punishing students for speech they deem “disruptive” to the physical limits of the school building itself and no further.
