First outdoor workout in the heat and humidity this year.
It was a smoker total body blast and massive cardio dose.
I did 3 rounds and headed in for water, Motrin and a post workout meal.
No need for long drawn out workouts. They are actually counter productive.
Short higher intensity workouts provide better results and do not waste your time.
I know I'll feel this one in the next few days.
