Recipe: Walnut Truffle

Ingredients
1 MOÇA® Milk (can or box) 395g
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cup of chopped walnuts
300 g GAROTO Milk Chocolate Covering
Preparation mode
In a saucepan, mix the MOÇA Milk with the butter and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it loosens from the bottom of the saucepan (about 8 minutes).

Add the walnuts, mix quickly and pour into a buttered dish.

Allow to cool and wrap the chocolates.

Prepare the Milk Chocolate Frosting as instructed on the packaging.

Pass the chocolates, one at a time, through the icing, picking them up with a fork.

Tap the fork a few times on the edge of the container to drop the excess chocolate.

Place the chocolates on aluminum or waterproof paper.

Once dry, place them in paper cups.
