Ketamine a Date Rape Drug and California SB 519

Ketamine has some very wonderful uses by doctors to help with depression, but it is also notorious for being used as a date rape drug. Ketamine would be decriminalized with no weights and measures in place if SB 519 is allowed to be signed into law as it is currently written.
