Grateful Sloth Waves Goodbye

Info from Licensor: While walking our farm in Brazil with a couple of managers our dogs started barking at something on the ground. When the dogs were called off a sloth mother and her baby were discovered. She seemed to be playing dead to thwart the dog's aggression. Once she turned over and started off my husband picked her up to place her on a tree. Once there, the sloth switched over to climbing a liana and once she was at a safe height seemed to wave him thanks three times before climbing off.
