Chrysler Town & Country VES Ribbon Cable Replacement

The rear VES in my 2015 Chrysler Town and Country did not work when I bought it. I did some research, and found that it is most likely the Ribbon Cable that is bad. So, I ordered one of EBay, and replaced it. This video is the processes that I went through to replace it. I was expecting this job to take 5 - 6 hours - but, to my surprise - it only took about 2 1/2 hours. And that is not knowing what I was doing. It would take a lot less time if i were to do it again.

If you have any questions, please post them here, and I will try to answer them to the best of my ability. Also, if you have done this project, and have some advice to add - please feel free to do so. My purpose in doing these videos is to simply help people in their diy projects.
