Stow man charged for hurling racial slurs at Black woman, threatening to shoot her with AK-47

A white Stow resident is facing charges after he was allegedly filmed hurling racial slurs at a Black woman and threatening to kill her during an incident earlier this month that has since gone viral on social media.
