The company that owns Denver7, E.W. Scripps, is selling the building on the corner of Speer Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue to a developer after 52 years and looking for a new home with more space. But a group of Denver residents is fighting to preserve part of the Denver7 building as a landmark.
