Watch This!!! A parent of a special needs child gets cut off in the middle of his written speech and refuses to stop. Gets chased out, then the entire Charleston County School District board of trustees has a good laugh about it all.
Many parents wrote and timed 2 minute speeches as they were under the direction they would each have 2 minutes. Every single parent that had a prepared speech was cut off in the LITERAL middle of their speech, mid sentence, sometimes in the middle of a word...disrespect receives disrespect in return, sometimes.
