Matt DePerno has been practicing constitutional law for over 20 years. He routinely represents elected officials, business owners, and individuals in the areas of constitutional law, equal protection, civil rights, and white color crimes. He also represents a broad range of small and large corporations in the areas of Federal and State regulation compliance (including FDA, FDIC, and Internal Revenue Code) and international transactions, including litigating tax, regulatory, and constitutional issues in the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Courts, and U.S. Bankruptcy Courts.
Matt attended Michigan State University and University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He earned his law degree from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and an advanced master's degree in tax law from New York University School of Law.
Matt presently represents Bill Bailey in the election fraud litigation against Antrim County and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson. This is the only case in the country where a voter and attorney have convinced a court to allow the plaintiff to obtain forensic images of the Dominion Voting System used across the county (including 47 counties in Michigan). On December 14, 2020, Matt and the forensic team of Allied Security Operations Group released a preliminary forensic report detailing the inherent and systemic problems created by Dominion and how the software influences elections.
