Guided meditation, on conscious breathing and concentration on the breath

Breathing in, I am aware of my inspiration

exhaling, I am aware of my exhalation

Breathing in, I consciously follow the entire path of the air that enters, from the nostrils, passing through the throat and lungs, to the swollen abdomen

Exhaling, I consciously follow the air in its exit path, while the abdomen deflates, and from the lungs it goes to the throat and passes through the nostrils.

I follow the air that comes in, I follow the air that comes out

Breathing in, I am aware of my whole body, as it is, the position of the back, the shoulders, the support of the buttocks and knees on the ground, the arms

Exhaling, I let the awareness penetrate the whole body.
I am body aware, awareness pervades my whole body

Breathing in, I am aware of any tension in my body in my shoulders, back, throat or other parts

By exhaling, I relax the tensions in the body and let go of all worries.
