The recipe used:

Step 1: Weigh out 65 grams of the Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax. Using a double boiler, melt the candle wax. Then, add 2 drops of the yellow candle dye.

Step 2: Once melted, add 6 grams of the Lemon Curd Fragrance Oil. Stir.

Step 3: Pour the melted wax into the mold. Allow the candle wax to set up. Remove them from the mold.

Step 4: Prepare the Pillar of Bliss. Weigh out 90 grams of the Pillar of Bliss Candle Wax. Place the wax in a Ziploc bag. Then, add a drop of the Ivory liquid candle dye and 9 grams of the Lemon Curd Fragrance Oil. Close the bag and shake the bag to blend all of the ingredients.

Step 5: Adhere a candle wick to the center of your jar.

Step 6: Scoop the Pillar of Bliss wax into the jar to create the look of a pie crust.

Step 7: Prepare the Joy Wax. Weigh out and melt 120 grams of the wax. Once melted, add 5 drops of the yellow liquid candle dye. Stir. Add 12 grams of the Lemon Curd Fragrance Oil. Stir to blend the ingredients.

Step 8: Pour the wax directly on top of the pie crust layer. Allow this layer to set up completely before moving on.

Step 9: Prepare the wax for the whipped portion. Weigh out 220 grams of the Joy Wax. Using a double boiler, melt the wax. Add 22 grams of the Lemon Curd Fragrance Oil. Stir.

Step 10: Allow the candle wax to cool. As the wax is cooling, use the hand mixer to whip the wax until you have a whipped consistency.

Step 11: Now, you will need the lemon slices you prepared. Place the slices around the perimeter of the jar. Keep one of the slices for the top of the candle.

Step 12: Place the whipped wax in the jar keeping the wicks centered as you fill the jar.

Step 13: Place the last lemon slice on top of the whipped wax.

Step 14: Allow the candle to finish setting up. Then, trim the wick.

Once cured, your Lemon Curd Parfait Candle will be ready to use. Enjoy!
