Cannot get over it, why are otters so cute

Well there's many reasons they're cute. They squeak, have puffy cheek buns, big old doe eyes, they wiggle when they walk, they're very soft, they're curious, they can be trained to do smart things like open stuff, they're playful, they have little fingers, the river otters people refer to as cute have those muzzle streaks that help accent those cheek buns.
