They seemed to have encountered a problem examining ballots with the blue light. I watched the 2 yellow shirts inspect a ballot for quite awhile. Then black shirts show up, then orange shirts, then a black shirt gets another handheld blue light like they're making sure it gets the same results. Did they find a fraudulent ballot? Where there's one, there's more.
