- There are NO clinical trials that are peer reviewed that prove that masks are effective in spreading specifically the coronavirus that causes covid19.
- Neither the Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984 or Coronavirus Act 2020 currently permits making vaccination mandatory.
- A person suspected of breaching the coronavirus regulations is under no common law obligation or statutory duty to give the police his name and address. 
- There is no general common law duty to assist the police by answering questions and a person cannot be guilty of wilfully obstructing a police officer by declining to do so where there is no specific legal duty.
- Under the state of emergency, the emergency requirements are qualified and restricted by the significant fact that emergency requirements and directions cannot request an individual to be isolated, detained, tested, vaccinated, medically treated or bodily searched in the absence of a biosecurity control order issued to the individual.
These measures are referred to as biosecurity measures and are captured under Subdivision B of Division 3 of Part 3 of Chapter 2 of the Biosecurity Act 2015.
