Close call with a Jeep

Driving in Brampton on April 24th and we saw a couple of things.
One was a good samaritan handing out food to someone at the 410 and Bovaird.
The other was a Jeep running a red light and almost getting T-Boned by a car at Humberwest and Castlemore
Plus my foxhound, Fairy, running in slow motion
