In this hike, we visited #MountBeaconPark. The trails were slick with ice and the temperatures plummeted but we could not complain after running into a guy who was training by walking in no shirt and shorts. The trail we took sure was rough in those conditions with a steady ascent the whole way to the top including a ton of stairs to start off but the views sure did make it worth the effort. The snow covered town truly looked #magical and reminded us of one of the Christmas train set towns at about that size from our viewpoint. We had a blast with the #ruins, the #abandoned living quarters, and the #firetower.
