All real estate is local but it can be simplified into 3 types of basic real estate markets that affect investing around the world.

First we’ll discuss the basic differences between linear, cyclical and hybrid markets. Which one should you invest in?

The cyclical markets get all the attention. But they shouldn’t. They think they are real estate investors but they are really just gamblers.

Next, I go over some examples of the different markets. What geographic areas fall into what market? Why is most of the world a linear market?
