Can I Leave a Presta to Schrader Valve Adapter Permanently on My Bike? (With Open Presta Valve)

To leave the Presta valve unsecured is a slight safety risk, so I do it on my risk - you do it on your risk, but I've done this now for quite a while without any problems. So I'm not saying "do it" or "don't do it", I'm just saying that I do it and you have to decide on you own what you do. Of course the centrifugal force is pushing slightly on the valve and I wouldn't go on a high-speed downhill chase in this set-up, but I really don't see any problem when going just with normal speed e.g. 20 mph.
