Shark Tank's Kevin O'Leary against giving EVERYONE a stimulus check

These checks should go to those who truly need it, those who truly lost their jobs during the pandemic and are feeling the brunt of the pandemic closures. There are lots of people whose lives were NOT affected by the pandemic and do not need this money.
