Ok, to determine the time in the 3rd, 4th and 5th months in the first year of the Exodus and 2 times of the 40 days Moses went up to the Mount , we go to Ex 19.
In verse 1 it tells us they came to Sinai in the 3rd month from the same day they left Egypt. Num 33:3 tells us they departed from Rameses in the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month. Therefore, the 15th is the "same day" of the month that they came to Sinai - 15th day of 3rd month.
They were to prepare themselves 2 days (16th & 17th) and the Lord descended on the Mountain the 3rd day, the 18th of the month (Ex 19:10, 11). Moses went up to the mount and the glory was on the mountain 6 days and the 7th He called Moses to the top of the mount (Ex 24:16) for 40 days/nights. This week is from the 19th to 26th of the 3rd month.
From here we add 40 days from the 26th day of the 3rd month and it comes to the 6th day of the 5th month (Av) with the "golden calf" of Ex 32.
This is very close to the 9th of Av which is interesting.
Then Moses brakes the tablets and goes up to the mount another 40 days/nights which brings us to the 16th day of the 6th month

Great Multitude at great Harvest
The assumption is that Church continues in the same state through the Apocalypse. But why does the word Church or in the Greek Ekklēsia cease to exist after Rev 2 and 3? Yes it's in Rev 22:16 but is referring to Rev chapters 2 and 3. So why is there no Ekklēsia, why is the word Bride not mentioned until New Jerusalem?
The Church is Divorced because of apostasy, eating at Mystery Babylon's Feast see in Esther chapter 1.
So Vashti is Jezebel that had her own feast "that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols (Vashti's Feast) Rev 2:20. That's why He will cast "them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation."
Once Vashti is Divorced, a new Bride replaces the old, Esther = the 144,000.

This iscthe gathering of the Rev 7:1 I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds

3 till we have sealed the (144,000) servants of our God in their foreheads
The rest are the great multitude that go into great tribulation (Rev 7:14) just like Christ warned of those in bed with Jezebel.
The message is clear and consistent.
You see the kings wrath at the Church.

Est 1:12 therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.
This brings about the Seals of Rev 6:16 the wrath of the Lamb: 17 For the great day of his wrath is come.
These are not my thoughts but what the scriptures clearly state.
Jer 3:8 And I saw, when for all the causes whereby backsliding Israel committed adultery I had put her away, and given her a bill of divorce; yet her treacherous sister Judah feared not, but went and played the harlot also.
Isa 50:1 Thus saith the Lord, Where is the bill of your mother's divorcement, whom I have put away? or which of my creditors is it to whom I have sold you? Behold, for your iniquities have ye sold yourselves, and for your transgressions is your mother put away
The Lord will send the 144,000 across your path so you can see their ways.
Ezk 14:22 Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it. And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord God.
The scripture is to testify against this wicked and adulterous generation.

Reproof is Evidence g1650. ἔλεγχος elegchos; from 1651; proof, conviction: — a proof, that by which a thing is proved or tested
Correction is g1882 ἐπανόρθωσις epanorthōsis; from a compound of "on" epi g1909 and g461 a straightening up again, i.e. rectification (reformation): — correction.
Instruction is Chastening g3809 παιδεία paideia; from 3811; tutorage, i.e. education or training; disciplinary correction: — chastening, chastisement, instruction, nurture.
6th Seal Rev 6:16, 17 the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the Wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of his Wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?
