Is Las Vegas a COVID-19 vaccine destination?

Out of the 1.6 million total COVID-19 vaccine doses given in the state, more than 57,000 doses were administered to people who didn’t give a Nevada address. The quick assumption is that those are all tourists, but health experts say that's not necessarily the case.
