Dirty Neighbor With a Vendetta Caught Tossing Trash on Rival Doorstep

Watch as this neighbor is caught tossing trash in front of the doorstep of our neighbor on the ring door camera from my apartment. Apparently, they have some issues with each other about maintenance within the shared space where we all come and go out of our homes. Notes have been seen posted back and forth on both doors but here is actual footage of the one neighbor going a bit too far.
