Retiring the RX570 and upgrading to RX 5700 To lower consumption and restore hashrate after 4GB DAG

I only had these nice red devil RX570 cards for a few months. They made back there many time over seeing how much crypto prices have exploded. I love card. I think they were the best RX 570 ever made. I keep popping breakers run I'm running my appliances. I needed to find ways to lower consumption and increase hashrate. Right now I think the best band for buck mining cars are the RX 5700 and RTX 3060 TI.
