LeBron James is the face of the NBA. He makes vapid statements about accountability and standing up to tough issues. He won’t sit down with Donald Trump, but would have lunch with Barack Obama, because the latter is easy. He can’t stand up against what China is doing to the people of Hong Kong, because that would be tough. He is a coward.
