Treasure Coast resident on EAA reservoir project: 'It's the beginning of real change'

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis stood near a storm water treatment area outside of Wellington on Earth Day to solidify the state's commitment with the federal government to build a large reservoir for Lake Okeechobee.
